Intro to Pole 4 Week Series for Women

Curious about Pole Dancing? This 4 week course is just for you! Designed for beginners of all fitness levels, you'll learn a choreographed routine while learning basic pole grips, spin, tricks, and pole dance. No dance or pole experience is necessary. At the end of the four weeks, you'll feel confident and ready to jump into all of our pole classes. Class meets four consecutive weeks.
Cancellation policy Please note that we have a 24-hour course cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be charged in full (course will be forfeit). If you have to miss one of the four classes in the session, call us at (612) 789-0826 to register for an additional class as makeup. You may only make up one class of the 4 week session.
